To continue in service and institutional training in total quality medical management to all Bulongwa Lutheran Hospital Staff members.

To register Bulongwa Lutheran Hospital Health Institute with NACTE for Nursing and Dental Therapist Schools.

To market and strengthen the community based health fund and National Health Insurance fund as these funds lead to financial sustainability of the hospital.

We hope and expect that the higher church leaders i.e. ELCT head-quarter, Diocese leadership will facilitate the process of empowering the hospital management to institute effective measures through better governance, transparency and proven evidence in medical policy issues.
